Students at Marlborough Elementary School enjoyed learning about the The Mohegan Tribe from David Eichelberg, Outreach and Tradition Program Coordinator, on Thursday, October 22. They learned about Mohegan material culture, ancestral history, and present day tribal customs. They got to touch (and learn about the importance and use of) pelts, musical instruments, and more.
This was part of the continuing partnership among CoDE, the Marlborough PTO, and Marlborough Elementary School.
